DELIVERY
Orders placed from our collection of ready to ship pieces will be processed immediately after purchase. For Made-to-order products and Bespoke jewellery different timescales will apply, these will be stated in the description box of the product.
Please make sure you have checked the timescale of your chosen piece prior to purchasing to ensure you receive your jewellery on time.
If you are ordering multiple pieces each with different lead times, then your order will be held together until the entire order is ready to ship out to you. You can of course place orders separately in order to receive them sooner, but each order will be subject to its own shipping fees.
SHIPPING
All orders are hand wrapped, packed and sent from our workshop here in the UK.
Delivery timescales stated below are from the date of dispatch and are all estimates from the shipping provider.
Please allow 1-4 working days for us to dispatch your order, we are a small operation and good things take time- if you need your order quickly please select Royal Mail Special Delivery at checkout, this is our fastest service.
We can also offer in-person collection from our studio in Shepton Mallet, Somerset. If you would like to arrange a collection please send us an email at hello@tashaangelljewellery.com prior to purchasing to arrange a dedicated time-slot.

• £9.35 Royal Mail Special Delivery- Tracked & Insured (Next day)
• International shipping: £18- Tracked (Royal Mail- 3-17 working days, dependant on destination)
Please check your countries import laws for any taxes/fees your parcel may incur. We are not responsible for any fees payable once your order has left our workshop.
US SHIPPING- TARIFF INFORMATION
From the 29th August 2025, items sent from the UK to the US will be subject to a 10% import tariff. We have set up an automatic 10% increase on prices for pieces being ordered from the US only. This means the price you see displayed for an item includes the tariff fee already, and you should not need to pay any additional fees once your order is placed. We use Duty Paid Shipping, meaning we pay the tariff on your behalf in the UK. All parcels to the US will be sent with Royal Mail.
UPDATED- EU AND NORTHERN IRELAND
Customers please note: sadly, due to Brexit regulations, we can no longer send parcels to the EU & NI, until further notice. We aim to have an update on this in the coming months, however until then, orders to EU & NI addresses cannot be processed. Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this, it is out of our hands.

PACKAGING
All orders are wrapped ready to be gifted and sent out in plastic free packaging. Using cardboard boxes, prints, cards and tissue paper all made from re-cycled material and 100% FSC® certified. The little glassine envelopes in the boxes are made from sustainable evergreen tree pulp. Everything in the box is designed with the planet in mind, right down to the adhesive on our stickers and packing tape.
We take great care ensuring all our packaging is safe for the environment, but encourage re-using your boxes and bags for as long as possible.
Full care instructions are included in every order.
GIFTING
We love a love note... If you are gifting your order and it wont pass through your hands, you can request an additional handwritten note to be included in the box from us to your chosen recipient, please send us a message after ordering with your order number, detailing your specific request. Notes can be a simple 'with love from' or entirely written by you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All of our pieces are handmade using traditional metalsmithing techniques, meaning they hold natural flaws. If you are not completely satisfied with your jewellery, or have received a faulty item, you can return the item for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order providing the item is in perfect condition, and in the original packaging.
Bespoke, customised, and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for refund or exchange. Please refer to the 'Sizing' page below for help on accurate ring sizes.

Please note postage costs are non refundable, and it is up to the sender to ensure we receive the parcel. In addition to posting, we can also accept in person drop-off at our studio located in Shepton Mallet, Somerset. If you would like to drop off in person please send us an email at hello@tashaangelljewellery.com and we will get back to you with a dedicated time-slot.
REPAIRS
Jewellery cared for can last several lifetimes, so if you have a piece of our jewellery that needs repairing or polishing, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss what needs doing- we want you to love and enjoy wearing your jewellery for as long as possible.
